v Valley 1973. The previous match that year produced lots of runs so it was arranged for the return to be an all day game.The scores were PPCC 51 a.o. Valley 33 a.o. and we lasted till just after lunch

Playing in pouring rain on numerous occasions

'The Don',his batting made me look quick,and he had a certain je ne sais quoi in the way he held his box when running

Batting against El Nortoni and bowling to Andrew Cummings(an opening bat who if memory serves averaged less than 2.0)
